Rates
My standard fee is $180 - $200 for a 53 minute session. A limited number of appointments are reserved for sliding scale rates to meet clients' financial needs. Please inquire when making an appointment. Payment is due at the time of service by credit card.
I am currently an in-network provider with the following insurance companies: Pacific Source, Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Providence, Moda, Aetna, and GEHA. I am also an Out-of-Network provider with many other insurance companies, and I am happy to provide you with documentation of services and payment for reimbursement. Insurance can not be billed for couples therapy so it is private pay. Please check with your insurance company regarding your mental health benefits and their payment or reimbursement policies.
Per the No Surprises Act, if you do not intend to submit to insurance for possible OON reimbursement, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. Together we will decide the frequency of sessions and when to begin and end treatment. Then the GFE outlines the projected cost of therapy based on my rate for up to one year by calculating my fee times the number of sessions you expect over a period of time.
